The Los Angeles office of this international firm's Labor & Employment Group is in need for a mid level attorney with labor & employment experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of labor and employment issues, including: defense of claims pending before state and federal courts; union management relations; force reductions; employment contract negotiations; policies and employee benefit programs etc. This role requires thorough familiarity with federal and California employment laws and regulations.
