Description
Our client, a growing Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a mid level associate to join their business transactions group. The ideal applicant is interested in working on matters related to general corporate, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities, and finance. A suitable hire will collaborate closely with senior attorneys, exhibit a high level of professionalism when dealing with demanding clients, and be able to prioritize and balance multiple conflicting priorities. Experience organizing, overseeing, and managing transactional matters for multiple deals in a fast-paced atmosphere is a big plus.
