Our client, a renowned international law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join their Capital Markets Group based in a Southern California office. The successful candidate will be part of an active and dynamic practice representing financial institutions and corporations in corporate and commercial finance. Experience in syndicated and/or asset-based lending transactions will be highly desirable. Applicants must have 2-5 years of experience in a mid-to-large law firm. Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical skills are required. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California or be willing to take the next available bar exam to become licensed as soon as possible.
