Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of robust commercial litigation experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice group based in New York. The ideal candidate should be ready to assume significant responsibility in managing their matters and interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Preference will be given to those with Judicial Clerkship experience. The role demands excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is a must, along with active and good standing Bar membership in New York.
