Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Emerging Companies/Venture Capital team based in Atlanta. The successful candidate will be part of a globally recognized team known for representing fast-growing venture-backed technology and life sciences companies and the funds that invest in them. The role is based in a vibrant, mixed-use development area with everyday amenities and alternative transportation options. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of significant corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting, with a background in Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital Financings, or Private Equity Financings and Acquisitions. Experience with general corporate transactions and corporate governance is required. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be a member in Good Standing of the State Bar of Georgia.
