Description
Our client is seeking a law associate, preferably from the class years of 2017 through 2020, to join their Finance team based in Texas. The ideal candidate should have debt finance experience from a peer firm. Some private equity acquisition finance experience is beneficial, and experience with oil- and gas-related transactions is highly preferred. Candidates who have represented either borrowers or lenders, or both, are welcome to apply.
