CORPORATE M&A ASSOCIATE (1154)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with substantial M&A experience to join their Global Corporate practice group based in Houston. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in private M&A transactions, preferably with a focus on Private Equity clients. They should be able to manage smaller deals independently and lead larger deals under partner supervision. Experience in drafting and negotiating partnership/LLC agreements and other organizational documents is required. Additional experience in fund work, including primary fund offerings and secondary fund transfers, as well as public M&A, is a plus but not mandatory.
