Description
Our client is seeking law associates from class years 2017 through 2020, and possibly more senior, to join their Private Equity team based in Texas. The successful candidates will be responsible for advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Applicants must have a solid understanding of corporate law and market terms, substantial experience in reviewing and drafting transaction documents, and effective deal management skills. A driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and the ability to take on a high level of responsibilities and work autonomously are essential.
