Description
Our client is seeking a law associate from class years 2016 through 2019 to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings. The selected associate will primarily work with the Global Finance team and collaborate with the top-tier Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
