Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Debt Finance group. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth. The role involves drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
