This role requires 3-4 years of California employment advice and litigation experience, preferably including experience in wage & hour class actions, discrimination and harassment claims, non-compete/trade secret matters, drafting and responding to discovery, and preparing for and/or taking depositions. Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background, are required. The successful candidate must be admitted to practice in California.
