Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in New York, is seeking an experienced employment litigation associate with 7-8 years of experience to join their dynamic employment law practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigating employment-related disputes for sophisticated private sector employers in state and federal court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies. Strong writing and public speaking skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to client service are essential. The candidate should have defended employment cases, managed discovery in cases involving substantial ESI productions, and regularly appeared in court on behalf of employer clients. The candidate must be admitted to practice in New York state and federal courts; admission in New Jersey and/or Connecticut is a plus. The role requires physical presence in the New York office for three or more days per week.
