Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join its special situations finance practice within the broader Financial Restructuring group in New York. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex finance transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, special situation lending, and debt restructuring, with a keen attention to detail. This role involves working with financial institutions and private companies across various industries and levels of the capital structure. Candidates must have relevant special situations finance experience, law firm experience, and admission to the New York State Bar.
