Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm, is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney for their Boston office. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school and must be admitted to practice in MA, NH, and ME. With 4+ years of general liability litigation experience, the candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented environment. Coverage experience and legal project management experience are a plus. The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload, representing clients in a wide range of general liability claims, working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects, handling court appearances and depositions, and providing status reports to clients.
