Description
Our client, a global law firm with a presence in over 40 locations worldwide, is seeking a mid-level Associate, Patent Agent, or Technical Specialist to join their IP Procurement & Portfolio Management group. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Biology, Chemistry, or Materials Science, with at least four years of patent prosecution experience. A focus on intellectual property law, patent prosecution, and strategic patent portfolio counseling is necessary. Candidates should be proficient in the Korean language and have excellent communication skills. Though USPTO registration is not required, candidates should be self-starters, able to work both independently and as part of a team. The role offers active mentoring and the opportunity to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
