Description
Our client is seeking a Practice Attorney with a minimum of two years of experience in business immigration to support their International Trade Practice's Immigration Section. The ideal candidate should have experience working on a range of employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to H, L, E TN, and O visas; PERM labor certifications; immigrant visa petitions; adjustment of status; and consular processing. Experience in developing immigration strategies, programs, and processes for corporate employers to manage their foreign national workforce is preferred. The candidate must possess stellar organizational skills, as well as professional and academic credentials. This position is based in Dallas, Texas.
