Description
Our client, a premier global law firm, is in search for a senior level associate to join their Labor and Employment practice group in their Los Angeles office. The ideal applicant will have three or more years of expertise in wage and hour class actions as well as single plaintiff matters in employment litigation. The associate should have experience with Federal Court Rules, E-Discovery, managing several cases, and the ability to serve as the litigation point person in managing junior associates or staff. Prior deposition or courtroom experience required.
