Description
Our client is seeking a law associate, preferably from the class years of 2016 through 2020, to join their labor and employment team. The role primarily involves employer-side litigation, including class and representative actions, both wage and hour and discrimination cases. Some advisory and investigative work is also part of the job. Candidates with three or more years of experience in a similar role at a peer law firm, particularly in the employment space, are highly desirable. Experience in class actions would be beneficial.
