Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Nursing Home Liability Defense Associate Attorney for their Houston office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys eager to take on substantive responsibilities as part of a dynamic defense team within a national firm. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of Texas, and have 5+ years’ experience in litigation. Experience in healthcare commercial/business litigation is preferred, and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. The role involves supporting a litigation caseload representing primarily healthcare business entities, handling court appearances and depositions, and providing risk management advice to healthcare organizations.
