Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in New York, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation in both state and federal courts, particularly in New York. The ideal candidate should possess excellent research skills, experience in drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, managing large scale document reviews, taking/defending depositions, and attending court conferences and hearings. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials. Admission to practice in New York is required, and admission to New Jersey is preferred.
