Description
Our client is seeking highly qualified 3rd – 5th year associates to join their Commercial Litigation group based in New York. The team is comprised of high performing, creative thinking trial lawyers. This position offers an opportunity for accelerated professional development, working directly with the senior members of the group. The ideal candidates should have a passion for courtroom litigation, with experience in various stages of litigation and meaningful responsibility. Candidates should have experience conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, witness preparation, and taking / defending depositions. Law firm and federal clerkship experience is required, and trial experience is highly preferred. Plaintiff side litigation experience is a plus. Candidates should be enterprising and tenacious, with a primary desire to become a first-chair courtroom lawyer.
