Our client is seeking talented and driven mid to senior level Litigation Associates with a minimum of five years of experience to join their Litigation group in Houston. The role involves guiding clients through complex business litigation, providing practical and business-savvy advocacy to achieve litigation wins, mitigate risks, and protect brands. Candidates will gain exposure to a wide range of litigation matters across industries, take on substantive client-facing assignments, and experience professional growth in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating in both state and federal courts, managing e-discovery processes, navigating discovery disputes, drafting and arguing motions, and conducting depositions and expert witness preparation. Entrepreneurial self-starters with strong analytical abilities and excellent client-relations skills are encouraged to apply.
