Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Attorney for their Houston office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking to broaden their skills and experience in a top-ranking firm. The successful candidate must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Texas. A minimum of 3 years' experience in civil defense litigation is required, with personal injury defense experience preferred. Experience in transportation, trucking, energy, and maritime industries is a plus. The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, collaborating with other attorneys and partners on legal projects, handling court appearances and depositions, and maintaining communication with clients.
