Description
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with three to six years of energy regulatory experience to join their Projects/Energy & Infrastructure group based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with matters involving the rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Experience in drafting project-level agreements such as power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements is a plus. Candidates who graduated law school between 2018-2021 are preferred.
