Description
Our client is looking for an associate, preferably from the law school class years 2016 through 2019, to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in representing either creditors or borrowers in various financial transactions, including liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings. This role involves collaboration with the Global Finance team and the Business Restructuring & Reorganization team, offering the chance to work on high-profile cases and represent major financial entities such as hedge funds, CLOs, and private equity funds in chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
