Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate for their expanding capital markets and securities law practice, with a focus on the transportation industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate transactions, particularly in both debt and equity capital markets transactions. Experience in disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters is also required. The role involves working with partners and counsel on a variety of transactional matters for clients, including lenders and private equity funds. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced transactional context is essential. Candidates with big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and strong academic backgrounds are preferred.
