Description
Our client is seeking a legal associate with 2-4 years of experience, specifically in data strategy counseling and privacy compliance. The role involves applying evolving laws to data-driven products, advising on the development of enterprise privacy programs, assessing the impact of privacy legislation, and managing consumer disclosures and internal policy documents. The candidate will also evaluate privacy and security risks in product design and business partnerships. Occasionally, the role may include assisting with incident response and transactional diligence. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and admitted to the bar in a jurisdiction where our client has an office, with preference for locations such as Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tampa, or Washington DC.
