Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their dynamic Litigation group in Columbia, South Carolina. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced practice within an AmLaw100 firm, providing a wide range of litigation services across various industries. The Columbia office, a historic establishment in the heart of South Carolina's capital, is home to a significant number of attorneys and support staff, and serves as a hub for the firm's business and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in commercial litigation within a mid-size or large law firm, with strong skills in drafting and arguing discovery motions, taking and defending depositions, and a positive, entrepreneurial approach. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, along with strong academic credentials, are essential.
