Description
Our client, a leading law firm with a world-class Antitrust practice, is seeking attorneys with 4-6 years of experience, particularly in mergers. The firm handles high-profile antitrust merger investigations in competitive sectors such as technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer products. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be capable of managing a 2R review, including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys. Experience in the tech and life sciences sector is preferred but not required. Superior academic credentials, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
