Description
Our client is seeking a talented associate to join their Business Litigation practice group in West Palm Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of litigation experience, including handling substantive matters, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, arguing discovery motions, and participating in court appearances. Candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials, strong research and writing abilities, analytical skills, and communication skills.
