Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Antitrust & Competition Law Practice. The ideal candidate should have three to six years of transactional antitrust experience, including HSR, deal counseling, and merger investigations before enforcement agencies. Experience with antitrust investigations, complex litigations (particularly federal), and client counseling is strongly desired. Knowledge of technology industries, pharmaceuticals, health care, and retail is beneficial but not mandatory. Applicants must demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytic skills, the ability to work independently and creatively, manage multiple tasks, and work successfully as part of a team. Excellent academic credentials are required, and applicants must be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
