Our client is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their Intellectual Property team, focusing on complex and sensitive client work. The role involves preparing draft patent applications and responses to USPTO communications, supporting attorneys in delivering efficient legal services. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, material engineering, physics, chemical engineering, or a related technical field relevant to semiconductor design and processing. A self-starter attitude, excellent academic credentials, and at least 2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution within the semiconductor industry are required. Preferably, candidates should be licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This full-time position is available in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, New York, or Washington, D.C.
