Description
Our client, a premier law firm with a strong presence in asset-backed finance, is looking for an associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their team in Washington, D.C. or New York. The ideal candidate should have experience in asset-backed finance transactions or asset-based lending, and a proven track record in advising various stakeholders such as borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and collateral managers in structured finance offerings. The role involves working with a diverse client base, from sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups, contributing to well-established securitization platforms in the market.
