Description
Our client, a prestigious Real Estate group located in Los Angeles, is on the hunt for a mid-level associate with 3-4 years of experience (class of 2019 or 2020). The ideal candidate has experience across a broad range of sophisticated real estate, real estate M&A, and private equity transactions. This includes acquisitions, dispositions, syndicated and other loan financings, joint ventures and co-investments, sales/leasebacks, leasing, recapitalizations, restructurings, fund formation, and development. As a member of the Real Estate Group, you will advise clients on a wide array of complex issues throughout the industry, representing developers, lenders, investment banks, pension funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity funds, investors, and major corporations. The company offers an enhanced mentor program for lateral associates, promoting professional development and underscoring its commitment to investing in its people, culture, and diversity. There is an extensive pro bono program that allows attorneys to devote their time to causes that spark their interests. The current hybrid work model includes in-office work from Monday to Thursday with opportunities to work remotely throughout the year.
