Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their commercial litigation group in their Miami office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a dynamic, diverse team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of meaningful litigation experience, be confident in their abilities to manage a successful client experience, and be well-versed in taking and defending depositions. Experience in both federal and state court litigation is preferred. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are essential, and the candidate must be admitted to the Florida Bar (in Good Standing).
