This firm is renowned for its international presence and its expertise in handling complex cross-border work. The firm values diversity, with its team representing 90 nationalities and speaking 80 languages. The successful candidate will advise and represent clients on complex Energy Infrastructure Projects and Asset Finance (EIPAF) transactions, including development, financing, restructuring, and investments in renewable and conventional energy power plants, battery storage projects, steel mills, and manufacturing projects. Responsibilities also include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing corporate legal documentation for EIPAF transactions.
