Description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Washington, DC. The role involves providing comprehensive legal representation and advice, particularly in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on ICSID arbitration matters. The successful candidate will conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, and develop strategic legal solutions. Expertise in investor state arbitration, especially involving CIS countries and CIS civil law, is essential. Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing legal documents in Russian is required. The position demands a U.S. Juris Doctor, a license to practice in Washington, D.C., and at least 12 months of relevant experience. Occasional travel for hearings is expected.
