Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-senior Associate (Class Years 2019 – 2020) with M&A and specifically Private Equity M&A experience to join their US Private Equity practice group based in Washington, DC. This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities including private equity transactions, strategic M&A, acquisitions, divestitures of assets and companies, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of M&A experience, strong academic credentials, and robust writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with private equity-backed companies is highly preferred. The candidate should hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and will have an immediate opportunity to play a significant role in transactions.
