Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in New York. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, with over five years of experience in Auto and Transportation cases, and a comprehensive background in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the New York State Bar is required. The General Liability Practice consists of over 600 attorneys nationwide, excelling in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. The team is recognized for its significant defense verdicts and prominent achievements. Candidates with substantive litigation experience and a collaborative mindset are encouraged to apply.
