Description
Our client is seeking a finance associate to join their Finance & Restructuring practice group, with opportunities available in multiple major cities including Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and more. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in corporate finance, particularly in commercial finance transactions such as loan originations and real estate financings. Essential skills include drafting loan, security, and intercreditor documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, and managing specialists. Strong writing skills, superior academic credentials, and the ability to handle multiple assignments independently are required. This role offers a hybrid work environment.
