Description
Our client is seeking a junior-level Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate for their distinguished distressed high yield bond workout (DHYBOW) practice in Boston. This nationally recognized team operates across multiple offices, including Atlanta, Chicago, and New York, and is known for its dynamic and expanding practice. Candidates should have 1-3 years of general bankruptcy experience, ideally representing secured lenders, and some experience in bankruptcy or receivership court litigation. Familiarity with the high-yield tax-exempt debt market is advantageous. The role involves interaction with ad hoc bondholder groups and bond trustees in various distressed situations nationwide, requiring travel.
