Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a 3rd to 5th year associate to join their national bankruptcy and financial restructuring group based in their New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in corporate and business bankruptcy and financial restructuring, representing various creditor constituencies in complex chapter 11 restructurings and bankruptcy litigation, including adversary proceedings. Applicants should have superior communication and drafting skills, the ability to manage and mentor within a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative environment. Experience in large firms and clerkship in the Southern District of New York or District of Delaware is considered a plus.
