Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a Financial Services Enforcement/Litigation attorney to join their team in either Chicago, Santa Monica, San Francisco, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have six or more years of relevant experience, a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, and specific experience in financial services matters, including bank regulatory and nonbank financial institution investigations. Experience with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, bank regulatory agencies or a state attorney general is highly desirable.
