Description
Our client is seeking experienced associates with 3–5 years of expertise in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation to join their esteemed Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. This role is available in Denver, Florida, Irvine, Los Angeles, and New York. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret cases, including handling motions for injunctive relief, expedited discovery, and possessing deposition and discovery experience, particularly with computer forensics and e-discovery. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Admission to the state bar where the candidate resides and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required. Candidates should be located within a reasonable distance from one of the specified office locations to facilitate necessary in-person collaboration.
