Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an Associate for their Business & Securities Litigation Department based in Chicago. The successful candidate will focus on healthcare litigation, False Claims Act actions, and internal and government investigations, as well as general litigation. The firm's litigation group assists a wide range of companies, including financial institutions, public companies, and closely-held corporations, in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. They have extensive experience in defending clients in high-stakes litigation, representing officers and directors as individual defendants, and advising clients on risk mitigation and compliance with state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of litigation experience, with healthcare litigation experience being a plus. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, and candidates who have completed a federal clerkship are preferred.
