The successful candidate will join their esteemed Capital Markets practice based in New York. The role involves working on purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements, and financings. The firm operates a Hybrid 3 Day Work Policy, offering a flexible approach to work schedules that combines remote and in-office work. Responsibilities include representing various clients in structured finance transactions, drafting and negotiating primary transaction documents and agreements, communicating with clients and transaction counterparties, managing closings, and providing general support to the practice as needed.
