Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level (3rd - 5th year) associate to join their expanding Capital Markets practice based in New York. The ideal candidate should have a specific background in capital markets work, with experience in private placements, Rule 144A offerings, PIPE transactions, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings of equity and debt securities, and continuous offering programs. The role involves working across offices on issuer-side and underwriter-side private and public offerings, as well as ongoing securities disclosure matters, including 34 Act reporting and corporate governance matters. Candidates should have major law firm experience, excellent educational credentials, and a willingness to take on responsibility.
