Description
Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 law firm with a presence in key cities nationwide, is currently in the market for an experienced associate in Capital Solutions & Private Credit. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience, ideally in a comprehensive law firm environment, with a specific focus on special situations and distressed corporate finance transactions. This experience should encompass a variety of financing transactions that are bespoke, stressed, distressed or more challenging than traditional leveraged finance transactions. Candidates should possess a strong academic record, be admitted to practice in Massachusetts or be eligible for prompt admission, and be prepared to join a collaborative, national practice group.
