Our client seeks an associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Chemical and Life Sciences practice group in Los Angeles or San Francisco. The role involves working on consumer products-related matters, including California’s Proposition 65, chemical regulatory compliance, advertising claims, consumer class actions, and products liability. Candidates should possess strong research, analysis, and writing skills, along with experience in depositions, motion practice, and brief writing. A background or interest in science is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on immediate responsibility and work collaboratively within a high-performing team. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar are required.
