Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation Group in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will hold a JD and be admitted to the Georgia Bar. Responsibilities include developing and executing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and handling all aspects of discovery, trial preparation, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including product liability, complex tort, negligence, class actions, and consumer fraud. Strong analytical, writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
